Delta P. Design 7.62 Brevis

Delta P. Design suppressor

I got to spend some time trying out the Delta P. Design 7.62 Brevis suppressor! I’m happy to report back that my 6.5mm Creedmoor had a repeatable shift and accuracy was equal to how it shot unsuppressed. The suppressor its self is significantly shorter than any other I’ve seen. That caught my attention because I already run a long barrel on my match rifle so I’m very mindful of overall length. The 7.62 Brevis comes in at only 5.5” long and weighs only 20 ounces! Sound suppression was excellent despite the suppressor being over sized for the cartridge I was shooting (.308” suppressor .264” bullet). I really enjoyed shooting without the noise, gases and dust!

Delta P. Design also offers a specific 6.5mm Brevis suppressor that I’m very excited to try out! We will be posting a review of the 6.5mm Brevis suppressor in the near future so check back with us!

Delta P. Design web site

“The BREVIS 7.62 brings 7.62 x 51mm performance into a length less than
that of most 5.56 x 45mm suppressors. With an added length to most
applications of less than 5 inches, the BREVIS 7.62 bypasses
expectations of what a 7.62 x 51mm suppressor envelope encompasses.
Symmetric internal geometry minimizes point of impact shift and light
(20 oz / 560 g) but durable welded construction minimizes change to
the center of gravity of the host firearm.”
