3 Gun With The Girls

The guys and I love shooting, hunting and the outdoors. During the summer we will endure the heat to put some rounds down range. We pop out of bed before the sun rises and get the trucks loaded with gear and equipment. This past Sunday was especially fun because we brought the girls out to … Continue reading »

Aimpoint Micro T-1 With Larue Quick-Detach Mount

After I purchased my AR-15, I then quickly shifted focus to which optic I would be running. I already determined that this rifle would be used for more close-quarters work so I was primarily looking at the Aimpoint, Trijicon SRS and EOTech lines. I eventually decided on the Aimpoint Micro T-1 based on its overall … Continue reading »

In the past shooters had the choice between MRAD … Continue reading »

Follow Up Short Barrel 6.5mm Rifle

I made some changes to the 16.5” 6.5mm Creedmoor. The factory Remington X-Mark Pro trigger ended up breaking in less than 100 rounds (piece of crap). I threw it away and replaced it with a Jewell HVR trigger. The trigger brake weight is set to 1 lb, the same as my 26” 6.5mm Creedmoor match … Continue reading »
